GEMs Utility Models (long and short bed) - This product requires the installer to drill four holes in the frame with installation totalling about 30 minutes. The hitch is rated for 1000 lbs with 100 lb tongue weight. It comes in two sizes (2" and 1.25").

GEMs Passenger Models 2004 and Older - Passenger rear hitch mounts easly to the gems frame with out any modification . The hitch is rated for 600 lbs with 100 lb tongue weight. It comes in two sizes (2" and 1.25"). NOTE: The draw bar and ball are sold separately. Ships FedEx.

GEMs 2005 and Newer - All bumpers and hitches for recent-model GEMs have to be affixed to the vehicle using a "carrier" (pictured below). The carrier can be used to hold a rear bumper, a rear hitch, or both at once. NOTE: This is not meant to be used for towing a GEM. Ships FedEx.
